CONTRIBUTORS Louis-Philippe Mousseau

Louis-Philippe is responsible for ensuring the application of IFC’s Performance Standards and the World Bank Group’s Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines to IFC’s global and regional investments in the agribusiness and forestry sectors. Louis-Philippe’s career encompasses over 23 years of experience in environmental assessment and management as well as policy development in cleaner production.

Before joining IFC in 2009, Louis-Philippe worked at the African Development Bank (AfDB), the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He holds three MSc. (on Public Health from the University of Montreal, on Environmental Management from the University of Amsterdam and on International Development and Cooperation from the University of Ottawa) and a BS. in Biology (University of Montreal).
